Auto Drying Process

DRM’s advanced 10-metric-ton-per-hour drying plant features a precise two-stage process using innovative smoke-free hot air technology. This meticulous method preserves the rice’s quality and integrity, ensuring it meets the highest standards from start to finish.

Husking Plant

Following drying, our paddy is meticulously cleaned, de-husked, and graded to produce nutrient-rich Brown Rice. This process preserves the germ and bran, retaining essential vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber to meet the demand for health-conscious foods.

Warehousing

At DRM, we develop Basmati Rice’s signature aroma and flavor through meticulous 8-9 month aging. Our premium rice is stored in a state-of-the-art, well-ventilated warehouse under stringent hygiene and continuous monitoring to ensure only the highest quality reaches our global clients.

Grading

Our precise grading process utilizes Buhler Drum Graders and Plan Sifters to meticulously separate and eliminate broken or withered grains. This ensures DRM delivers consistently premium rice, meeting the highest standards of excellence for our clients worldwide.
